Probably been posted a million times across the internet by now, but who cares? It’s amazing.
The Flash-based site for the new Nintendo DS Advance Wars game has gone live. I really like the style of the site and while there isn’t that much content up there yet it offers a taste of the game to come.
The previous games in the series have all been brilliant, so really looking forward to this one (which’ll offer online play for the first time too).
Roll-on the 25th Jan…
NOTE: artwork up on Kotaku.
NOTE: European site now live too.
It looks like the time is finally arriving! SWOS released on Xbox Live Arcade 19th December. The online modes sound absolutely amazing. I really hope it’s as good as it’s sounding.
While the Opera browser on the Nintendo Wii’s still in Beta, this looks like providing a few additional widgets to make surfing a better experience.
Being able to capture the full range of wiimote movement and button presses in Flash would lead to some amazing content being developed, and it wouldn’t matter that the PS3 browser features Flash 7 too if you open up the API. Then the developer community wouldn’t have to resort to workarounds like Mario’s great efforts.
It looks like the sequel to God Of War is excellent. Along with Resident Evil 4 on the Gamecube, the first GOW game was one of the best games I’ve played in the past few years on home consoles, so definately buying this on release.
